For sale is a 2007 Ventana 3613 model, built by Newmar. This coach shows very well and has low miles, currently at 51,515.

This coach has the engine many prefer: the Ventana, powered by a Cummin ISC 8.3L I6 engine with 330 HP. The engine is partnered with an Allison Transmission, a wonderful combo, and many RV buyers prefer this setup for traveling across the country.

A huge plus with this listing, the seller had a brand-new rubber roof and roof substructure replaced. Has records to show the work was completed by certified RV dealer as well.

The current owner has really made this coach travel-ready and has records showing all the recent service and upkeep they have completed on the unit. The current owner and second owner have owned the coach for most of the coach's life, since 2009, and 13K miles.

The RV has very nice space and features to consider: three slides, all providing great space, a very large outdoor awning for the camping area of the RV, and a new, never-used 4-door refrigerator/freezer.
