This was our dream coach! But then my husband passed away and I just can?t camp in it any more. It has less than 21,000 miles and the coach is in perfect working order.

This is an all electric coach with 1 1/2 baths, so your company doesn?t have to use your restroom. A Newmar custom carpet covers the front driver?s floor . There is heated tile floor throughout the rest, and when the slides come out, the floor is even with existing floor. The Oasis hydronic system can run on electric or diesel. The bath has a water saving recirculation system if needed for boondocking. Dinette has 2 chairs and additional 2 folding chairs in under bed storage. There is a central vacuum system to make cleaning easier. We had the dishwasher removed and had Newmar install drawers in that space. It has a very comfortable King sized Air Number bed.

We purchased 2 new steer tires last time we were out, due to a tire blowout. This coach has been meticulously maintained. It is stored under cover, plugged into shore power, and AC is always on low, so no mold. There has been no smoking in this coach.

This is a perfect coach for your next epic adventure!

The contents are also negotiable ? To reduce time loading the coach, I bought doubles of everything and left it in coach. So all you have to do is load your food.
